Ordered a braclet for my granddaughters christening it arrived the following day very efficient service despatched same day .
Really pleased with the braclet .
The packaging was not as I expected as it has changed recently felt it was for a lady not a little girl.
I rang up and the lady was really helpful and understanding the following day a new box and bag arrived .

Fantastic experience, really impressed! So happy with my bracelet and with 20% off it was the cheapest I could find anywhere online. The packaging was great and came with a lovely gift bag. The delivery was by DPD which was also very good as they are much better to deal with that the likes of Evri!

Absolute joke of a company ignore messages and don’t reply to emails regarding not getting my item case opened with Klarna

This absurd company has broken data protection laws by filling my inbox with dozens of absolute drivel emails, despite my requesting that they stop, many, many times.
To date I have forwarded 10 of their unsolicited junk emails to the ICO who are now investigating them.

I have never been a customer of this company; I have never consented to them emailing me; and I have never asked to join their spam email lists, so their data law infractions are as confounding as they are unwarranted.

Avoid this grotesque company unless you want your data abused, your inbox filled and your patience tried to the point you contemplate violence.

Absolutely stunning Small 2022 Swarovski Snowflake, so sparkly when it catches the light. Just beautiful! In Perfect condition. It arrived in a pretty Swarovski box with a guarantee, very quickly. I had originally ordered one of last years which I was told, after purchasing it, was out of stock. Acotis apologised and offered this years, which is actually what I wanted, so I was given a full refund and I bought this one. They were so kind and helpful in every way. I totally recommend Acotis! Thank you so much I’m delighted!

necklace flimsy and of questionable quality arrived in a plastic bag, not in a box, like in the pictures from the website.
difficult to return as they don't provide a return label.

Although, my review was "flagged" by the seller - I stand by it, as when I tried to contact them for a free return label they said it was not available for me, as it was a sale item.
so yes, again, misleading info.
Also, Trustpilot can you please discuss with Acotis to remove my personal details from their reply, as is a serious breach of GDPR!!

I was looking for a ring for my sister's wedding and had a clear idea of what I wanted but would have looked at other suggestions if offered. The person in the shop was reluctant to provide me with any guidance or recommendations, and I felt unwanted. They did not seem interested in selling or making money. Or at least not the money they think you should be spending here. Not a very nice experience. I would not recommend.

Very disappointed, ordered a Thomas sabo charm which was very poor quality at best, spoke to customer service, who accepted a return , low and behold I had to pay for the return, received an email to confirm my refund which would include the original postage, when I checked my bank even that had been taken from the refund, will never recommend or use this company again

So so so disappointed I ordered a bracelet with weeks to spare for a 2 year old birthday first braclet came and was incorrect one then replacement sent and engraved wrong now told I can't have a next day gaurentee and I have to retern before I get a refund worse still I now have nothing to give this poor girl on her birthday as I say extremely disappointed in the lack of care, given this was a replacement and no offer to try and find a solution I will not be using these again nor would I reccomend.

Bought a 'sterling silver' bracelet. Tarnished overnight, I mean it went black. I sent it back and asked for a refund, why would I want another bracelet if it's just going to do that? They sent me the same bracelet back in the post DESPITE on the phone saying they would refund me.
However, said bracelet that was returned never arrived (this was February...4 months ago). Now they have my money, I have no bracelet and they have the gall to ignore emails and communication. I do not recommend this company at all. Non existent levels of customer service.

Ordered a piece of Swarovski to commemorate our Civil Partnership (after 37 years together). It was the best price available online, it arrived promptly and was very well-packaged to prevent any damage in transit. So impressed with this company. Highly recommended :-)

Ordered troll bead earings on 11 th jan. Did not arrive on date specified 14th! Still not arrived over week later. E mailed told matter being looked into. Wed 19th still waiting to find out what’s happening. Sent numerous e mails. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Ordered a Swarovski crystal pen as a Christmas present for my grandma, she lost hers so was devastated. The pen arrived super fast, came in a nice pen sleeve along with a Swarovski bag and authenticity card. I’d never heard of this company before, however I will definitely order from here again. 10/10 thank you
